All Service Request

On the 'All Service Request' page, we have list of all service requests.

Here you can see many options listed below.

  • Add Service Request
  • Filter Service Request
  • Download Service Request
  • Bulk Approval
  • Service request info

Add Service Request

Go to the top of listing click on icon.

Now, you will see a popup where you need to fill out the form. Please make sure to choose only those problem categories that require Authority Approval. create_service_request

Filter Service Request

Go to the top of listing click on icon.

Now, you can see options to filter your service requests. According to their use, users can apply filters to extract their data filter_service_request

Download Service Request

Go to the top of listing click on icon.

After clicking on it, an Excel sheet will be downloaded with your records. By default, the sheet includes records from the past 6 months. If you need data from before the 6-month period, you must apply filters from the filter section. After applying the filters, you will be able to download data from before the 6 months. If you use filters from the list, the Excel sheet will only show those filtered records.

Bulk Approval

If you have bulk approval permission from the ticket configuration, you will be able to see this button. In the listing, you will also see checkboxes for bulk approval.

Go to the top of listing click on icon.

You will see a message Please select atleast one service request. Before clicking on bulk approval, checked the checkboxes are visible on the left side of your listing, you have to click on which service request's you want to approve.

After that, you need to click on the bulk approval button, which will open a popup displaying a list of all your checked service requests. In the popup, you will see options to comment, approve, and reject dropdown. fill the form and submit. bulk_approval

Service request info

If you click on icon from list. You can view the complete details of the service request along with the names of the approval members and the approval status
