My Tickets/All Tickets

You can manage the tickets that you have created under the My Tickets module.

Go to the left sidebar select Service Ticket > click on My Tickets/All Tickets.

  • Admin/Ticket Handler: Can view and handle all service tickets for the organization in the All Tickets module.
  • Other Users: Can only create tickets in the My Tickets module.
