How to create a Problem Category?

Step 1:

On the left-hand side menu, locate the Problem Categories option under the Service Ticket module (as shown in the picture below). f

Step 2: Click the Add Problem Category button (as shown below). 1

Step 3: Enter the required details, including the Problem Category Name, the Department where the problem exists, Priority, and whether Authority Approval is required. 2

Step 4: If Authority Approval is needed, select the appropriate Authority Board and attach a form if necessary. 3

Step 5: Choose the Authority Board and Form Name, then click Create. 4

Step 6: The Problem Category will now be created. 5
