How to Add Custom Fields
Go to the Top Click On The Icon > Select Departments
- Show Department listing page
Click On The Icon > Select Custom Fieldset Dropdown
- The custom field created by the user will be displayed in this dropdown.
- After selecting the custom field, click the save button.
Go to the Service Ticket > Click On The Icon
- If you create a ticket and select the respective department, the user will see the custom fields based on the department selected
