How to Add Custom Fields

Go to the Top Click On The Icon > Select Departments

  • Show Department listing page departmentlist

Click On The Icon > Select Custom Fieldset Dropdown

  • The custom field created by the user will be displayed in this dropdown.
  • After selecting the custom field, click the save button. customfileddropdown

Go to the Service Ticket > Click On The Icon

  • If you create a ticket and select the respective department, the user will see the custom fields based on the department selected customticket
