From where we can enable or disable the knowledge document pop-ups while creating a ticket?

Step 1 :

From the side menu, navigate to "Service Tickets" and click on "Ticket Configuration".

Step 2 :

In the top-right corner of the page, go to "General Settings" > Under "Knowledge Document Auto Suggestions", you can enable or disable the pop-ups > Click on "Update" to save the changes.
