How we can merge the tickets ?

To merge tickets, ensure both tickets are from the same department.

Step 1:

Navigate to "Service Tickets" and click on "All Tickets" from the left-side menu.

Step 2:

Select the tickets you want to merge, then click on the "Merge" button on the left side of the ticket list.

Step 3 :

Click on "Merge List" to view the selected tickets and initiate the merging process from the top of the page.

Step 4 :

Fill in the required details and click on "Start Merge".
