CC Email Groups
CC Email groups used to ticket creation time send mail this group member.
To create a new CC Email Group
Go to the left sidebar and select service Tickets > click on CC Email Groups > click on icon.
After opening popup modal , fill in the all the details as follows :
- Enter the Group name.
- Select the Department (refer click at section).
- select the Problem Category of department.
- Select the sub category if available in this otherwise no.
To edit a CC Email Group
Go to the service Tickets > click on CC Email Group > click on icon.
- After open popup modal and change any details per your requirements.
- After Click on update Button.
To delete a CC Email Group
Go to the service Tickets > click on CC Email Group > click on icon.
- After display SweetAlert confirmation then click yes so delete ticket type otherwise click on cancel.
To View Member a CC Email Group
Go to the service Tickets > click on CC Email Group > click on icon.
To add Member a CC Email Group
Go to the service Tickets > click on CC Email Group > click on icon > click on icon.
- After display popup and select user .
- Click on save Button.
To edit Member a CC Email Group
Go to the service Tickets > click on CC Email Group > click on icon > click on icon.
- After display popup and change the user for your requirement.
- Click on save Button.
To delete Member a CC Email Group
Go to the service Tickets > click on CC Email Group > click on icon > click on icon.
To configure a CC Email Group
Go to the service Tickets > click on All tickets > click on icon.
- After oen a pop up and select the department and problem categories.
- after Department and problem categories base cc email user auto fill.
