All Assets Summary

Overview: This document outlines the structure and functionality of the Daily Asset Report system. The report is designed to track the status of assets on a daily basis, categorized and filtered as needed.

Opening Balance:

• Represents the total count of assets from the date when the report tracking was initiated.
• This value remains static based on the system's tracking start date.

Closing Balance:

• Reflects the real-time count of assets at the moment the report is generated.
• Updated dynamically every time the report is accessed or downloaded.

Download Feature:

• A Download Icon is provided for users to download the report in the desired format.

Filters: The report includes comprehensive filtering capabilities:

• a. Date-wise Filter

  • Users can select:
    • Specific Date
    • Date Range (From - To)

• b. Category-wise Filter

  • Available Categories:
    • Laptop
    • Desktop
    • Others (Includes everything category except Laptop and Desktop)

Notes:

• Data consistency between Opening and Closing balances should be monitored.
• Report should auto-refresh to reflect the most accurate Closing Balance.
