Why is the employee master required?
The employee master is required to verify users and correctly map assets such as laptops and desktops to the appropriate employees.
Can existing asset data be imported into the system?
Yes. Existing asset information can be provided through a data sheet/template and imported into the system. The imported data must then be verified.
How are laptops and desktops assigned to users?
The laptop or desktop is first checked and verified, after which it can be assigned to the appropriate user using the available employee information.
