Announcement Configuaration
An Announcement is a public or formal statement made to convey important information to a group of people. It can be written, and its primary purpose is to inform, notify, or alert individuals or groups about something significant, such as events, updates, or changes.
Go to the TOP Header > click on config icon.
To add a Announcement
Go to the CONFIG > Announcements > click on icon.
After opening popup modal , fill in the all the details as follows :
- Enter the Announcement Title.
- Enter the display Announcement Text.
- Enter Annoucement start date and time, this date and time to start the display announcement.
- Enter Announcement End date and time, this date and time stop the announcement.
- Select the Announcement Department, in this selected departments access users display this announcement.
- Select the Announcement Location, in this selected Location access users display this announcement.
- Select the Announcement Users, in this selected Users display this announcement.
- Enable/Disable check for all users :
- enable check for all users so this announcement is broadcast and display for all users.
- disable check for all users so this announcement not display for all users.
- Select the status for announcement:
- Active status so display announcement.
- Inactive status so announcement not display.
To edit a Announcement
Go to the CONFIG > Announcements > click on icon.
- After open popup modal and change any details per your requirements.
- After Click on save Button.
To delete a Announcement
Go to the CONFIG > Announcements > click on icon.
- After display SweetAlert confirmation then click yes so delete announcement otherwise click on cancel.
To download a Announcement
Go to the CONFIG > Announcements > click on icon.
- After download excel sheet of all announcement list.
To View Member a Announcement
Go to the CONFIG > Announcements > click on icon.
- After display particular announcement member list, only this members display announcement.
To add Member a Announcement
Go to the CONFIG > Announcements > click on icon > click on Add.
- After display popup and select user otherwise enable/disable check for all user.
- Click on save Button.
To edit Member a Announcement
Go to the CONFIG > Announcements > click on icon > click on edit.
- After display popup and user display as per your requirement you can change it.
- Click on save Button.
To delete Member a Announcement
Go to the CONFIG > Announcements > click on icon > click on icon.
To Filter a Announcement
Go to the CONFIG > Announcements > click on icon.
- Filter By Users : select the users after click on filter button so display selected users include announcement list.
- Filter By Departments : select the departments after click on filter button so display selected departments include announcement list.
- Filter By Locations : select the locations after click on filter button so display selected locations include announcement list.
- Filter By Date : in this display two value 1.start Date 2.End Date.
- Filter By DateRange : select the date in this from date and to date is base on Filter By Date display announcement list.
