how to manage ticket trigger

Note : you can apply in this condition after create a ticket this condition is in this so this is perform a action in this selected action.

To create a new ticket trigger

Go to the left sidebar and select service Tickets > click on Ticket trigger > click on icon. t2

After opening popup modal , fill in the all the details as follows :

  • Enter the name.
  • Enter the description.
  • Select the condition type such as and ,or.
  • Select the condition you can apply as per your require.
  • Select the action this is perform apply the condition base.
  • Select the Status enable or disable.
  • Click on save button.

To edit a ticket trigger

Go to the service Tickets > click on Ticket trigger > click on icon.

  • After open popup modal and change any details per your requirements.
  • After Click on update Button.

To delete a ticket trigger

Go to the service Tickets > click on Ticket trigger > click on icon.

  • After display SweetAlert confirmation then click yes so delete ticket trigger otherwise click on cancel.
