After login with admin/super admin account Login Successful > Dashboard
On dashboard user can see Tickets, Service Request and Device all counts of Admin/Super Admin Dashboard.

Go to the left sidebar after login Login > Click on side menu option
After login technician will navigate to dashboard and by click on side menu option user will see all menu access as technician.
