Company Configuration

NEXTMEGABYTE supports multi-company asset management: assets, users and tickets of several companies are managed in one portal. One company is created by default as the primary company.
Menu path: header cog icon (Config) → Companies
Add a company
- Open Config → Companies and select Add (plus icon).
- Enter the company details.
- Select Save.

| Company Name * | The legal or display name of the company |
| Initial | A short code used in ticket IDs, so administrators can see which company a ticket was raised for |
| Company Logo | The logo shown to users of this company after they sign in |
Edit a company
Hover over the settings (cog) icon in the company row and select Edit. Change the details and select Save.
Delete a company
Hover over the settings (cog) icon in the company row and select Delete.
You cannot delete a company after users, assets or any other records are linked to it. If you still need to remove it, raise a ticket with Greenitco Support.
