The mobile app (listed in the stores as IT Asset Management (ITM) by Greenitco) brings NEXTMEGABYTE to Android and iOS. Users can add and allocate assets, scan barcodes, raise and manage tickets, approve requests and read knowledge articles. Menus and features depend on the user's role and permissions.
Capabilities: add and manage assets, barcode scanning, asset allocation, my assets and asset history, ticket creation and management, my tickets and all tickets (admin), feedback, workflow approvals, change requests with CAB approval, risk and impact analysis, rollback and fallback plans, and history logs.
