Remote Desktop (RDP)

Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) lets an authorized person connect to and control another computer remotely from the RDP portal. Organizations can add approval workflows, user consent, session recording and audit logs for security.
Enable RDP on a device
RDP access is enabled or disabled on the device's information page. See RDP Status.
Take remote control of a machine
- Open the RDP module.
- Find the target machine by its hostname.
- Start the remote session.
