Mobile App by Role

Tap the Menu icon (top left) to open the side menu. It shows only the modules allowed for your role.

| Normal user | Number of your tickets (My Tickets) | Create tickets, view their details and status, comment |
| Technician | Totals of tickets, service requests and devices | Handle assigned tickets, update status, manage devices |
| Admin / Super Admin | Totals of tickets, service requests and devices across the organization | All technician tasks plus administrative modules allowed by permissions |
As a normal user, Service Ticket shows only your own tickets. Tap + to create a ticket, or select a ticket to open Ticket Details.
